“Let’s pistol whip some nuns!”

Is that an inflammatory statement?  Of course it is.  But it was said (though I’ve paraphrased) by a radio host when he was interviewing a Republican Congressional member last week.  And what was said lawmaker’s (Rep. Tom Latham, R-IA) response?  He laughed and said, “It’s always fun to be on your show.”

Representative Latham – is this how you think nuns should be treated because they disagree with the Ryan budget?  You’re a truly sick individual.  As are you, Jan Mickelson.  You’re a vile human being for advocating hate and violence towards a group of nuns who are doing what their calling asks them to.
