Apparently that message, the one that George Bush ran with when it came to the Iraq war, is ever pervasive. Recently, the Alabama GOP has criticized a Mississippi State School Board candidate, because “she doesn’t have the same values as President Bush” (click for story). Just because she has ideas of her own, she shouldn’t be on the ballot — that is the main argument.
“Dissent is the highest form of patriotism” is a quote by Thomas Jefferson. Bush the GOP wants no such dissent. They want blind, unquestioning faith given to them. What a load.
