After the Congressional districts were redrawn – some say illegally – is it any surprise that Texas Congressional District 10, once a Liberal stronghold, isn’t going to even have a Democratic challenger in the coming election? (click for story). The once proud Liberal town of Austin is now going to be represented by people who believe in posting the Ten Commandments in public buildings (HELLO! Separation of Church and State!) and want to make the Bush tax cuts, which have run this Nation into a $550 Billion deficit, permanant.
Kiss your ass goodbye, Austin. Congressional redistricting was ruled illegal in Colorado, not in Texas. Too bad….
