Okay, so Bush has been illegally spying on citizens of the United States without due cause or due process. And he’s going to get away with it. But HP officials do the same thing, and they’re about to be indicted. Okay, so there are subpeonas that Bush has gotten due to the illegal wiretapping program, but Cheney and the other repugnant Republicans are trying to rewrite history and make illegal wiretapping LEGAL.
