US Supreme Court Justice Scalia recently spoke at a Federalist Society meeting, and not only dismissed the idea of a “living” constitution, but called those who do believe it “idiots”. Scalia believes we should be bound by how it was written more than two hundred years ago. You know, like not giving women the right to vote. Or the famous Three Fifths compromise, where blacks were basically told they were worth three fifths of whites and Indians.
Did you just feel the court swing a bit more to the right? I know I did.
Scalia just proved that he is unfit to serve. He should be removed from the bench.
