You’ve got to read this story on the waste that FEMA has done with our firefighters. From making firefighters sit during sexual harassment classes to sending 50 out to New Orleans – so that they could be a backdrop to President Bush’s visit – FEMA has wasted efforts and have caused the lives of an uncounted number of Americans.
And this is acceptable? What does FEMA reply with? “I would go back and ask the firefighter to revisit his commitment to FEMA, to firefighting and to the citizens of this country,” said FEMA spokeswoman Mary Hudak.
