Many of the people that beat others in the head with their bibles won’t be happy, but the HHS has suspended a “road show” that promoted abstinence and mixed in religious issues closely tied with the subject. People have to remember, the government is NOT to promote one religion over another, but that’s exactly what this program was doing, and the HHS is justified in removing funding for the program until the religious part of the message is mute.
Religion is a very personal thing based on beliefs, that should be taught in the home. Science is just the opposite, based in facts, and as such needs to be taught in the schools with public money. No public money for religious teachings!!
