SS Reform on a smaller scale

It’s funny watching a small state (population wise) like Alaska, because everything that happens on a large scale in the US will end up happenning on a small scale in Alaska. That’s why it’s no surprise that
Alaska Governor Frank Murkowski is now pushing to dismantle the State Public Employees Pension Fund and trying to convince Alaskans that they need private accounts instead. With Social Security reform sitting at a 60% disapproval rating, it’s not going to fly in Alaska either.
