The RNC is trying to raise funds to “get past the liberal filter” (which is a joke in itself) and pay to get the Bush agenda out. If the Government is going to get in trouble for payola, then they’ll get private donations to work to their favor.
And how many of these “media campaigns” will be of the payola kind? Or maybe the faux “news reports” like we saw during the Medicare prescription benefit debate?
