Getting rid of the “black box”

Looks like Florida is listening to black box voting critics, at least in Miami-Dade County. The County has decided to ditch the electronic voting boxes they purchased from ES&S last year (Chuck Hagel’s old company) and are going to go with optical scanners instead. With optical scanning machines, you at least have an audit trail.

Good work, Miami-Dade!
