National ID cards — US and UK both
It’s not just the US that is heading down the big brother path by mandating national ID cards. The UK is also pushing for them as well. Both the US and UK know that it’s an infringement on our civil liberties. So why are they both pushing it? I’d expect this in a communist nation or maybe socialist, but from the two largest “models of democracy”?
There’s something deeper about this that’s not bubbled up to the surface yet.
