A right-wing association is offering a $100 bounty for students to record “Radical” (read: Liberal) professors during lectures. It’s just fodder for idiot right wingers who want to smear those that don’t hold their same beliefs. Thing is, California has laws against recording someone without their knowledge – as I’ve personally found out after a former housing manager recorded me and others sitting outside our homes.
$100 bounty will be of little consequence to these people, who could be hit with, as I remember, $500 to $2000 in fines and possible jail time!
