2004 Republican Gubenatorial candidate Dino Rossi is still not conceding a race he lost 6 months ago. After trying to claim victory without having a basis in reality and demanding that his Democratic opponent concede, when it came to his losing, he wanted a do over. Well, a judge in Washington State granted Republicans a legal ruling that could reopen the election and take votes away from Gregiore.
Does that make him an activist judge? No, he’s doing what the Republicans want him to do, so of course he’s not an activist one – he’s a law and order judge.
