Budget Report: Prison Property to US Army transfer

This is interesting — This appears that it is transferring a prison from the Bureau of Prisons to the Secretary of the Army. Moving Guantanamo to US soil? If not, what is it?

Budget Bill: Violent Crime funding

VIOLENT CRIME REDUCTION PROGRAM
(RESCISSION)
Rescinds $1,200,000 from the violent crime reduction program as proposed by the Senate. The House proposed rescinding $1,000,000.
